What if fear is stoping you from moving ahead? What if you’re afraid to follow your dreams and you self sabotage your goals?
We all experience different degrees of fear throughout our life, especially when we want to do something new, outside our comfort zone. We can transform our fear into growthwhen we listen and then take incremental action.
In fact fear is just a normal part of life, and it wants to keep us safe, to protect us. Listening to your fear can actually guide you in the right direction.
To “keep you safe” fear can try to paralyse you from moving forward in your life. So your next step when you feel fear, reflect, then take incremental action towards what you really want.
But first of all, it is wise to look our fear in the eye and to examine what it wants to tell us. May be:
It is giving us feedback so that we can adjust our trajectory?
It is showing us that what we’re after is not really that important to us?
Is it wanting us to change our strategy or to clarify our goal?
Do we need to expand our time frame to realise our goal?
Is it telling us that we’re being unrealistic?
Is it protecting us from getting hurt
After self refection around your fear, your next step is really to take appropriate action:
What is the next doable baby step in our strategy? Can you do that? If not, divide that step into smaller easy enough steps.
Research and learn what you need to do to go ahead towards your goal. Most importantly apply it.
Find the courage to talk with the people you need to talk with
Research and create a strategy how you’ll face the fear or create a work around strategy if necessary.
Remind yourselves why this goal is important to you and what the benefits are of doing it. Then go for it with the necessary baby steps
etc..
Go for it.
Go after what you really want, and if you don’t know that yet, follow your curiosity.
Only by taking action little by little will you find clarity and power to keep going forward or enough evidence to call it a dead end that you want to leave.
Think about a child learning to walk or someone learning to drive a car for example. The degree of fear can vary depending on the individual, but incremental action can help them face and overcome the fear.
Sure they make a lot of mistakes while learning, but with constant practice and incremental action steps, they eventually master it.
Write down every evening the important actions that you want to accomplish the next day.
Choose and focus on three of them, and give it your all to really accomplish those three priority actions the next day.
When you nail the three priority actions every day, you can increase to 5 and then 7. But make sure to really focus and complete what you write is your priority.
This will increase your feeling of self worth, because you’re focused and you do what you said you’ll do.
This is a sure way to live an efficient life, because you make every day efficient day after day, you focused on what’s really important to you and you see progress and you are grateful for it.
Today we want to cover your physical environment and winning habits as they relate to mindset and there is a bonus too.
6- Your physical environment
Environment: your environment, where you live, where you work and also the people you interact with on a daily basis influences how you feel, how you think and act thus it influences your results.
If your environment is messy, it makes you feel overwhelmed. And you don’t want to deal with that mess so take time daily to tidy up your environment. It’s also a great skill to teach our children instead of always doing the tidy up for them.
On the other hand you feel inspired and motivated when you’re in a cleaned, organised and tidy environment, and your thoughts seems more organised as well.
People are drown to an orderly pleasant environment, so do your best to keep it tidy, and to nourish pleasant relationships as well. I love The magic of tidying up by Marie Kondo and The Heart of Love by Dr. John Demartini for relationships.
7. Create winning habits that support your dreams
Our mindset is an habit that we develop over time. It is an attitude. So what you do on a daily basis is what is going to really strengthen your mindset.
From the previous blog post, here is what you can do everyday:
Know that you’re in it for the long haul. Be perseverant with the habits that you build.
Your habits define your destiny. So create winning habits that are congruent with your highest priorities and eliminate habits that don’t serve you.
The best way to do this is to first understand at the root why you have the habits that you have, good or bad, and the benefits that you get from them.
Then link the habits you want to create to what is already important to you and start with baby steps, then increase as you get momentum and strength. Atomic habits by James Clear is a great resource to start creating winning habits and eliminating habits that don’t serve you..
Bonus: Breathe, Meditate, Trust, Love and Receive
Love: All things LOVE. Self love, love of others, do what you love and love what you do. This is the ultimate mindset strengthener and brings us back to gratitude because with love, we are truly grateful for everything.
Trust yourself to do what it take. take responsibility for where you are and create change and momentum by your consistent focused aligned actions.
Trust something bigger than yourself – Trust God/ divine Intelligence and trust the process. Ask your Soul for guidance. Like I said above in the gratitude and balanced mind section, there is a divine order, a divine perfection, a divine intelligence that permeates and orchestrates everything. Who are we not to trust.
Trust the process, be present and enjoy your journey to your biggest dreams and goals. Because no matter if you’re aware of it or not, you’re exactly at the right place, at the right moment and with the right people.
The techniques above applied with focus, dedication and repetition with will help you break free from your limiting beliefs and transform your self image at the level of your subconcious mind. This will enable you to materialize your dreams and goals.
In your heart lies your inner wisdom and it knows exactly what you would absolutely love to do in this life time. Unlock that inner wisdom with courage, gratitude and awareness of the present moment.
Most importantly trust the process no matter how your journey unfolds, you’re exactly at the right place.
Give yourself the gift of cultivating and maintaining a strong mindset on your journey to your biggest dreams and goals.
And give yourself permission to do something extraordinary with your life.
Do you find yourself comparing yourself to other and feeling depressed or discouraged? Feeling like your life is boring as a result? Then keep reading till the end. Strengthen your mindset.
Your relationships not only the people you spend most time with but also what you consume online through social media and your environment influence your mindset.
Nurture your support group to strengthen your mindset
Nurture your support group to strengthen your mindset
Your support group are the people who love you, they encourage you, they support you and also challenge you enough by inspiring you to investigate even deeper what you want and to stay on track with your dreams and goals.
Common sense has it that you’re the average of the 5 people you most spend time with.
Surround yourself with like minded people who believe in you and who believe that
your dream is possible, that
you are in the process of achieving your dream and your goals.
Staying engaged with your support group will strengthen your mindset
Talk to the people of your support group regularly, especially individually and tell them
what you’ve accomplished so far,
the challenges you’ve faced,
the challenges/setbacks you’re facing
what you want to do next and why, etc.
It’s even better when you have experts in your support group about the topics you’re interested about, but it’s not a prerequisite. Make sure to analyze any advice you receive though, because well intentinated people can give inadequate advice without being aware of it.
Utopia or sound Advice?
Have you heard about people suggesting or advising that you leave your current friends if they don’t support your dreams and goals and find new ones who do?
It’s utopia to only want one side, like only support without challenges or only success without failure.
While it’s wise to have friends that support your dreams and goals, I do not recommend that you cut out your current relationships just because they don’t support your goals. For two reasons:
1- life is both support and challenges, not only one side without the other, and so it is with your dreams and goals. They need both the support and challenges to expand.
The people who do not support your dreams and goals are necessary for you to be challenged and to go to your next level, or to study your plan and strategy more clearly in order to materialize those dreams and goals.
2- You might be the necessary catalyst in the life of those people who don’t support or understand your dreams, to inspire them to find their own dreams and fulfill them.
Focus your attention on materializing your own dreams and goals, use the objections of the Nay sayers to refine your strategy.
Make sure to build a strong support group around you to fuel your ambition with your dreams and goals while you listen to the challenges that come from the nay sayers around you and inspire them through exemplification from the momentum you create towards realizing your dreams and goals.
Don’t compare yourself to others = strong mindset
Okay, do you love to scroll social media in order to find inspiration? And then before you know it you feel the low and feel like your life is boring because you’re comparing yourself to others?
Do not compare yourself to others around you. Be it on social media or in real life, when you start comparing yourself to others, you’ll always find something you think you should have, be or do by now and feel negative feelings like envy or jealousy or competition.
First be aware of what has already be given to you in your life. Second admire and use as inspiration what you see in others. If you can see it in them, then it’s already in you in your own form. So use the things you admire as inspiration to awaken then in you as well.
It’s easy to feel like your life is boring in comparison to someone else’s. The thing is you never know what it’s really like to be in the shoes of the people you envy, what did they have to sacrifice to be where they are that you are not willing to sacrifice.
Like Emerson said
Envy is ignorance and Imitation is suicide – Emerson
You’re unique. So instead of comparing yourself to others, compare your own daily actions to your own biggest dreams and goals.
Instead of watching what others are doing , make sure that everyday, you do at least one thing that is bringing you closer to your dreams and goals.
Take action and stay focused and disciplined in following your own dreams and goals, and you’ll feel your energy levels getting higher and higher, because you’re fulfilling your own destiny..
Your dreams belong to your heart and you are exactly at this moment at the perfect place, with the perfect people, doing the perfect actions that will lead you to fulfill your destiny.
Your special gifts, unique to you, are needed in the world. So stay inspired and present on your journey to your biggest dreams and goals.
Visualization, affirmations and taking inspired focused action towards your goals and dreams.
Today we cover these and more as a mean to strengthen your mindset and materialize your dreams and goals.
Strengthen Your Mindset Part 2
Visualization, Affirmations and Inspired focused actions
3. Visualization and affirmations to strengthen your Mindset
Visualization: See with your mind’s eyes what you want to be, do and have, not only as an image, more like a movie. Find pictures and videos that inspire you, see yourself with what you want and feel the feelings it generates within you.
You can also create a mind movie like I learn by reading/listening to Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza. With images, video footages, music and phrases that inspire you. There are some inspiring mind movies on youtube, and I suppose the more personalized the better.
Affirmations:
Your internal dialogue is what defines what you become. What you think and feel on a continual basis is what you’ll become.
So repeat to yourself in the present tense a belief you want to have and feel what it feels like.
Whatever you want to accomplish, say to yourself that you can and give yourself permission to accomplish it.
Give yourself permission to accomplish the most extraordinary things that inspire YOU from within and know that you can. Set an action plan to back it up and trust.
The words you tell yourself are very powerful. If you repeat them with feelings and faith, you’ll start believing it. It doesn’t matter if it’s true or not, if you keep telling yourself the same things, your subconscious mind will believe it.
Make sure to intentionally choose what you repeat to yourself everyday. Make it even stronger with actions and feelings that are aligned to your affirmations.
Tip: Use a recorder app on your phone and read to yourself with feelings, your most inspiring affirmations. Add your favorite music in the background, may be an instrumental. Listen to this recording over and over again whenever you can.
For example listen to your affirmations when you go for a walk or to run in nature, or when you wait in the supermarket, when you take actions on your goals, when you cook, etc.
Feel the feelings of having it now: this is very powerful since our mind cannot differentiate what we imagine and what is happening in the outer world when we feel the feelings.
4. Taking inspired focused actions out of the comfort zone strengthen your mind
Your Action Plan: taking action starts with the planning. So take the time to plan your life, your dreams, your goals. Also take the time to plan your year, your month, your week and your day.
At the end of each day plan the next day in advance, and in the morning set your intention for the priority actions you want to accomplish that day.
Take action: You are co-creator in the process of bringing your dreams to life. To write down your dreams and goals is the first action after the thought process.
Taking action doesn’t necessary mean that you need to do the thing right away. Writing down is a form of taking action. Researching and learning is also part of taking action. Always keep learning in life.
Experimenting and failing and then experimenting some more all part of taking action. Until you perform greatly, and then there already something else/new you would love to learn to go to the next level and the whole process starts again.
Out of a comfort zone: Do everyday something that takes you out of your comfort zone. It might be something totally unrelated to your goal, like taking a cold shower in the morning or doing something you’re afraid of.
But since we’re in the context of materializing your dreams and goals, do something from you action plan that you know is important for you to achieve your goal, but you are uncomfortable or afraid to do it.
Courage: So take massive action with courage, persistence and consistency and at the same time don’t be too attached to the outcome. Do your best towards your dreams and goals, give it everything while taking care of yourself and your loved ones of course, then ‘Let Go and let GOD’.
Delegate what is distracting or what feels uninspiring to you. Is there someone else who can do this better than you? then delegate it to them.

The techniques above applied with focus, dedication and repetition with will help you break free from your limiting beliefs and transform your self image at the level of your subconcious mind. This will enable you to materialize your dreams and goals.

Strengthen Your Mindset Part 1
A Balanced Mind and Gratitude – Self-Care and Exercise
1. A Balanced Mind and gratitude for a Strong Mindset:
Being able to see that from a crisis blessings can emerge and also that from blessings crisis can begin is wisdom. It helps you keep a balanced mind and not get unstable between being elated and depressed. A balanced mind allows you to stay in equanimity, poised and present, no matter what happens in your life.

Do you have that one goal that will have massive impact on your professional and personal life?
Let me ask you this question: Is your goal SMART?
The SMART-characteristics below will increase the probability of success of your goal and your sub-goals.
Is your goal Specific
Be precise and clear on what exactly you want? Include as much details as possible because the clearer you are on what you want, the more likely you are to get what you want.

My heart jumps up and down in excitement and I try to contain myself not to get too elated. I’m so thrilled when I get feedback from my readers, it fills my heart with joy and deep gratitude.
1- We talked about making a long list of things that would be cool to materialize in our life. If you didn’t write it down, then please grab a pen and get going.
2- Then we listed with gratitude, our past accomplishments and all the blessings of our life (people, events, experiences, etc.)
3- finally we asked our soul for guidance to select what’s truly important to us.
We all have goals we want to achieve. Sometimes they are resolutions we take at the beginning of the year, other times it’s a milestone we want to reach in a ongoing project, and others times again, it is a dream that we secretly want to see come true.
Who doesn’t love a fresh start? As a new year begins, we set new goals, we are enthusiastic about them and we think to ourselves: “I can totally do this. This year will be different. This year is THE YEAR”. Right?
But if we don’t focus on our goal and monitor our progress, eventually that enthusiasm fades away as time goes by. At the end of the year, many of our goals haven’t been achieved, and there comes another new year. And the cycle of setting goals and not achieving them starts once again. The New Year resolutions phenomenon. How to break that cycle for good?
In case your goal is not related to new year at all, may be it is just that one dream you have that you’d really love to accomplish, but you just don’t see how to get there. How to finally materialize that dream?
Recently I stopped working on my projects for a moment in order to recover fast and completely from a cold I had. After I recovered, I found myself doubting about my projects. Was I going to efficiently accomplish my goals?
For example I doubted if I was helping and inspiring enough people with my blog and I felt discouraged because I was advised to start guest posting on other blogs to drive targeted traffic to my webpage, but I haven’t done any blog posts yet and it kind of makes me feel uncomfortable – Guest posting seems to be essential when it comes to becoming a successful blogger and I feel heavy when it comes that. Because of those doubts, my momentum slowly decreased. I got discouraged. I felt uninspired.
That has inspired me to write and share with you 10 ways how I deal with discouragement in order to feel inspired again.Keep Reading
